Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping for all domestic and international customers with tracking!

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Shipping time can be expected as follow:

- Free Shipping: 1-3 weeks

- Priority Shipping: 3-7 business days 

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

Each item is specially made after you placed your order. Therefore it can take 3-7 business days to prepare before it is ready to be shipped. But don’t worry, your order will be produced within the first 24 hours. Please noted that delays may happen during our peak seasons.

USA and Canada: 2 - 21 days

Oceania: 8 - 30 days

Europe: 8 - 30 days

Latin America: 12 - 30 days

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

We ship from fulfillment warehouses in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of stock in your nearest location we'll send it straight from our production house at the same delivery lengths as stated in our shipping section.

The package will arrive in perfect condition as they were handled by our expert handling team.

Refunds & cancellations

Order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after the purchase are allowable.  Therefore if you change your mind within that time - send us a message/email and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we receive your request.
